If the first payment attempt is declined, we will retry up to five times before cancelling the subscription and charging the cancellation fee. 7.2 Yearly subscriptions are billed once every 12 months from the sign-up date. 7.3 All vehicles signing up for RoadWize plans must meet specific eligibility requirements:

Vehicles must be legally roadworthy and have a valid MOT certificate prior to purchasing a RoadWize plan.

Vehicles without an MOT are ineligible unless the vehicle is at a trusted MOT station awaiting assessment.

At the event of a breakdown, vehicles will be inspected by a qualified mechanic to confirm eligibility.

Failure to meet these requirements will result in the vehicle not being covered under the pricing plan, and customers will incur additional charges by the mile.
